We hope that you love your new Soteria London jewellery, however, if something is not quite suitable, purchases made on our website can be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging.
Earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
